Purpose-built for service work and flex uses, it gives you the rare chance to own your shop instead of renting someone else’s—and still have room to grow.

  • 💨 Piped compressed air with multiple quick-disconnect stations for efficient workflow and faster turnarounds.
  • 🔊 Exterior compressor room keeps noise and heat outside, protects equipment, and frees up interior floor space.
  • Three roll-up bays, office, waiting area, and mezzanine—set up for service, sales support, or light flex use.
  • 3-phase power; approx. 3,048± SF on 0.7± ac with a secure, fenced yard for inventory, fleet, or display.
  • Strong interest from tenants—ideal for an owner-user now, with future landlord upside if you decide to lease later.

Not just an auto shop — imagine:

  • Off-road / powersports HQ for RZRs, side-by-sides, dirt bikes, and quads with indoor service and outdoor display.
  • Motorcycle or small-engine shop (Harleys, metrics, lawn & garden, generators) leveraging the bays and power.
  • Boat or PWC sales & service hub with secure yard for trailer parking and seasonal storage.
  • BBQ / outdoor kitchen superstore using the shop as a showroom and the yard for grills, smokers, and patio displays.
  • Performance / speed shop, wraps, tint, or detail studio built around visibility, traffic, and easy access.
  • Contractor / fleet HQ (HVAC, plumbing, landscape, delivery) with office, shop, and fenced vehicle yard.

🏛️ Hometown History

Oro Grande Edition

Historic black-and-white photo of the Oro Grande limestone quarry in San Bernardino County, California, tied to the region’s early cement industry
Oro Grande’s historic limestone quarry — the backbone of a cement boom that helped shape the High Desert.

Here’s an Oro Grande “wow” fact most locals don’t hear every day: while the town’s name literally means “big gold”, Oro Grande’s biggest claim to fame wasn’t just what could be mined — it was what could be made.

In the early 1900s, Oro Grande became known for its massive limestone deposits, and by 1907, a major cement operation opened in the area. That cement didn’t just “stay local” — it helped support growth and infrastructure throughout the region, and Oro Grande’s cement history is often tied to the era when Route 66 was evolving from dusty stretches into a true American highway story. 🛣️🏜️

So the next time you drive through the High Desert, just remember: some of the roads and communities we rely on today were built on the back of places like Oro Grande — where limestone, hard work, and a little Mojave grit helped create something lasting.

Historical notes are based on widely published accounts of Oro Grande’s cement history and early High Desert development; details may vary by source.
